I am a bit of a perfectionist and as such, it is important to me that my clients go away delighted with their nails and with their overall experience during their time at my studio. I like to seek feedback as it helps to ensure I am providing the best service I possibly can and make any improvements necessary. I am also happy to order in a colour or a finish of your choice if it's something you'd like and I don't have it.
I am here to take the very best care of your nails, brows and lashes and to send you off happy! If, after leaving the Wendy House, you're not entirely happy, then I would rather you let me know so that I can resolve it - if I don't know, I can't fix it.
